暗影精灵5最近突然掉帧严重，温度逐渐变高帧数逐渐变低

两三天前突然打游戏掉帧严重，原本打dota2帧数能够稳定100左右，但是这两天直接掉到30，发现是电脑温度越高帧数越低，刚开机温度不高开始游戏能够在100帧左右之后慢慢掉到30，但是之前一直也是差不多的温度。此外，大概在两三天前更新了次系统，目前尝试改了电池的处理器状态和n卡驱动更新但是仍然无效。
