暗影精灵6更新bios和sdk后cpu锁频并且经常降频

如题，更新bios前可以做到平时频率4.2ghz，更新了bios和sdk之后经常3.2ghz左右，频率和占用都上不去并且还经常降频。有没有回退bios或者解决的办法

• 系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

• 按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试
