看机器是否长时间运行测试无异常。

开机按F2进入白色背景画面HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI。

开机按F2进入的如果不是白色背景，要重新下载安装UEFI诊断工具。

没有操作系统，用其他电脑下载运行工具，制作安装到USB，安装过程有选择的选项。故障机接USB开机按F2。

白色背景菜单中选择-系统测试-广泛测试-循环运行直到出现错误。

建议晚上休息前，不用机器的时候进行，跑一晚上。

开始进行之后可以不用管电脑放一边。

• 做系统覆盖安装

更新BIOS后，恢复BIOS默认设置一次

开机/重启按F10进入BIOS

按F9并同意恢复默认设置

按F10保存退出BIOS

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

下载Windows 11的ISO系统镜像文件，用来做覆盖安装。覆盖安装不是系统重装。覆盖安装是一种高效易用的系统修复，会保留系统安装的软件和设置。

下载完ISO，双击ISO文件，打开此电脑会多出来一个光驱盘符，进入盘符双击运行setup.exe

选择“升级这台电脑”

按照画面提示完成整个过程

按照方法一后,还是会时不时的蓝屏 目前系统是win10，升级不到win11所以没有试方法二
