- 系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

- 打开c:\hpinfo.txt将文件内容全选(ctrl+A)复制(ctrl+c)粘贴(ctrl+v)出来发帖回复，之后c:\hpinfo.txt可以删除。

是不是没插电源，在电池的情况出现的这个问题？
我的8Pro也一样，电池的情况下机器锁定总功率，我检查EC会通过BD PROCHOT信号给CPU不停降频，降多了就只剩399MHz了
完全解决的方法基本没有，换主板也没用
降低出现概率的方法就是在电池供电时在设备管理器禁用独显，用核显玩
F.11版本的BIOS似乎降频比较少，但是BIOS似乎没有办法降级
用电池玩大型游戏或者运行高能耗的程序，对电池寿命影响非常大。
