暗影精灵9 13500hx版本，首发买回时打游戏温度还正常，狂暴模式高画质下，温度在75-88度之间，基本没上过90度，平衡模式高画质也才在67-77度左右，但大概在买回俩个星期左右，有次为了看下光追效果，开了光追后，温度飙到93-100度，之后把光追关了温度也降不下来，即使之后打游戏没再开过光追，狂暴模式下无论是高画质还是低画质，温度依然在93-100度，平衡模式高低画质也都在80度以上，温度再也降不下来了。前天刚重置电脑，想着把所有内容都删了重新弄下温度应该会降点，然后玩下gta5和战地测试下温度，gta5，狂暴和平衡模式下无论高低画质都在91-100，而且27秒内就掉帧了三次，从180左右掉到120左右，战地5和2042，狂暴模式高低画质都在93-100度，平衡模式高低画质还好点，在80度以上。但是日常使用，比如看视频温度也才在50度左右，只是一到打游戏温度立马飙升到93-100度，怎么也降不下来了，这该怎么办。

           暗影精灵9今年3月份上市，买回来那时气温还较低，内部散热器还能将CPU、GPU温度保持在正常游戏需要的温度，现在气温升高了，笔记本工作的环境温度也高，散热器力不从心了。

          楼主如果有条件的话，将室内空调温度开到买回笔记本那时的环境温度，应该又可以打笔记本刚买回时的游戏。

          如果模拟到笔记本刚买回来的环境温度还是不能打那时的游戏，可以肯定地说：散热器性能下降惑出风腮片有积灰堵塞了。

我刚买回时平衡模式，温度也跟你的差不多，但自从那次开了光追导致温度飙升后，就再也降不下来了。也不知道是怎么回事，是不是这电脑有温度记忆功能呢，一打游戏温度就瞬间飙升，连进游戏过程和加载游戏画面也是这么高

如果换公版，做清洁安装

如果换惠普版本，先卸载全部Nvidia相关，重启再安装31.0.15.2878
