产品名称: 暗影精灵8pro
操作系统: Microsoft Windows 11

暗影精灵8pro，玩thefinals的时候偶尔蓝屏或者直接黑屏重启，系统睡眠时偶尔遇见屏幕无法点亮的问题

蓝屏报错代码的照片发一下

 

  • 系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

powershell

  • 按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

  • 在命令行窗口中复制粘贴下面命令回车

 大概能看见屏幕是亮着的，但是看不清，基本每次休眠之后都会出现这种情况，不确定是不是系统的问题
