光影精灵9cpu性能大幅下降

之前帖子一直无法回复，因此只好新开一贴

本人电脑型号为光影精灵9，配置为13650hx+4060。电脑在一开始时cinebench r23的跑分还有19000，现在只有13000左右，3D mark的cpu跑分也不正常。之前更新f20 bios后群友反映双烤功率已经达到60+110，我的也只有30+100。网游帧率较低。重装ogh后无法解决问题。
