As a customer, we are disappointed that the Web CAM of HP laptop has been not able to work in just 2-3 months after purchase. As a student, the laptop is an important tool and we really wish it coul be fixed uring term break which would be ended soon.
However HP authorized drop off center in Mongkok HK just provided two choices to us.
1st Choice: keep waiting but no any schedule.
2nd Choice: get back the laptop (This is really not a solution to a customer. The problem has not yet been resolved)
In order to solve the issue, we wish HP could arrange the Web CAM part during the time that we get back the laptop. Meanwhile,a concrete schedule for the Web CAM part is needed. It is really not reasonable for keep us waiting and waiting.
