I need help please. I am living in uk and bought a laptop in china. The laptop will not turn on. Laptop is under warranty and i sent it to hp uk support and they said the motherboard needs to be replaced but they cant source parts in the uk. They asked me to contact hp support china. I dont speak chinese and i am struggling. I dont have access to wechat either. Can anyone help please i would really appreciate.

If UK local service center could not source parts, you should send it back to china for maintenance. no other way.

I think you need to contact the place you bought the computer and discuss to warranty fix.

Thanks. I contacted hp support china but they did not call me back. I called them on support number but i dont speak chinese so i am stuck
