Pre-Installed windows 10 language

Hello,

I am planning to buy a laptop from Shanghai and all the laptops comes with preinstalled windows 10 in Chinese. Is there any way that we can change the language to english. Also I would like to know the online/offline store which is reliable to buy branded laptops like HP.

Please help !!!!

The control panel can be changed, but it can not be changed into English win10 version. If you want the original English system, you must buy HP computer with English system

If you buy directly English notebook system more suitable for online shopping to buy now spread around the world, and then converted to buy English native system you want to buy Chinese notebook system.

windows 10 home china OS can not change display language。it is Special edition in China Mainland。

Windows 10 pro can change display language。

but almost all HP notebook Pre-Installed windows 10 home china edition in China Mainland，not Windows 10 pro edition。
