The motherboard of my laptop has been called. In that case laptop windows 11 license version is lost. But I have some information including the product ID of the previous version. Please help Microsoft with my product key. 

Solution is to contact the device oem (manufacturer) with the device serial number then they will generate a new access code for my

For any service event proceed by HP official servce center,   Windows system product key is injected to MB. If you run command(powershell) below and no product key return, contact HP service center. That is their job.

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get oa3xoriginalproductkey

If you did not have MB replaced by HP service center, that is another story.
