1，升级系统（bios,驱动等）-依然很热很吵（只开机，没有打开任何软件情况下）
2，反复装系统没有新变化
3，安装微软英文纯净版系统-稍微可以用啦（打开excel 等常用办公软件，还是很烫很差，CAD等大型工程软件估计直接会挂掉）
4，去维修（工作人员表示未见异常，发热和声音可以没达到无法忍受的程度，，，）
总结：目前新笔记本没到一个月，空置状态下很热很吵（像个暖宝宝），维修人员表示未见异常

1，官方售后回复：系统不要乱动（私自装了微软纯净版本），否则下次恢复官方系统要收费
2，官方售后回复：这个笔记本不适合玩游戏（实际上开机，和办公软件噪音发热严重，更别说游戏啦）
3，面对开机发热和噪音，官方回复，未见异常，保证可以用一年（一年后怎么办？）
总结：官方没有解决任何问题，把责任推卸的很干净（1，可以花更多的钱买高端本2，这个笔记本保证一年内可以开机）
