Unable to get into reset menu HP 8610

打印机就绪的状态下,连续按4次返回--support menu--resets menu---Semi-full reset/country/language--OK,等待10秒左右,重新开机.

试试这个初始化的方法.

Hi I know about getting into the menu but my machine will not give me that option, I have removed the top of printer to get to the printhead no matter what I try I can not get into the menu for reset, is there another way I can set up printer ?

I also tried to remove the printed circuit board and reinstate the printhead will not come back.

Press the "Go Back" (looks like an arrow) button 5 times in a row

Press Support Menu

Hit the > button to "Reset" Menu

Hit the > button to Semi-Full Reset

Hi my printhead is stuck at far  right of machine HP8610 I can not get to it to change the printhead, also I am unable to get into the reset menu as the menu will not light up and will not work, please help or I will have to dispose of printer

I live in the UK Felixstowe IP11 0TF  who can fix my printer please, is there any software you have that can connect to my printer and resart it, as I do not think its a hardware problem, it was going through the part reset when it just stoped.
