無法取消instant ink

Instant ink 試用期已過, 打算取消

登入hp smart後按 "HP Instant Ink", "更新計劃", "取消你的計劃" 後頁面顯示：

Server Error

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

透過其他連結到取消instant ink頁面均是出現相同情況

已經嘗試兩天, 請問如何取消
