HP LJ Pro M404dn Problem

We are using the universal driver ver.6.8.0 on windows 10 6-bit and 32-bit. Sometime, when we printout commond document as excel, lotus note email , word , web page. the printer print out strange garbage character word in a single line at the top page and non-stop printout. the case was occur above in one times every day. change the driver to 5.8.0. the problem was not improve.

如果使用usb连接打印是否有这样的问题,排除一下网络通讯的问题.

如何理解，每日會突然最小一次不停地印亂碼。

是否是网络连接的情况下才会有此问题.

如果是网络连接才会有此现象.

建议查询网络环境,检测是那一台设备发送的命令导致的问题.

如果不连接网线/数据线,.脱机就会自动打印乱码,建议联系维修中心检测打印机.
