HP Officejet 6500 Wireless - Cannot perform printing normally.

HI, 

The printer seems normal in all sense as usual but it cannot clear the printhead (wait for very very long time even 1 day long).

When I try to adjust the printer function, it shows "Fail" after finishing 7 minutes test printing.  I cannot see the ink on the printout even it works as normal printing procedures.

 

Internet service is fast.

HP Officejet 6500 Wireless - Cannot perform printing normally.

Everything is okay except the process "Align Printing" under "Tools" of after pushing setup button on printer panel.  When I change another new ink cartridge, it shows "Printer head error and find no ink cartridges".

Judging from the fault description, it may be related to the ink cartridge bracket.

It is recommended to contact the maintenance center to check the printer.

Dear Sirs,

 

My printer problem is no ink though everything is normal.  However, it cannot perform the function of "Align Print", it always replies "Fail" after this function.  What can we do to solve this?  I think if the printer can perform the function of printer alignment, it would be okay.

Thanks for your comment, I rewrite the problem with full description above.  Since it is too big and hard to carry, I just wonder whether there is any alternatives to solve my printer problem with "Failure in Printer Alignment"?

If the printer is out of ink, it is recommended to consider replacing the ink cartridge before performing print calibration / cleaning.
