How to resolve SETUP cartridges unrecognised issue?

I have put the SETUP cartridges into the printer for initial set up. But it doesn't recognise them and keep returning the message "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer". Please advise what to do

The new printer needs the setup cartridge that comes with it to activate the print head. At this time, the ordinary cartridge cannot be used because the print head is not activated

So, find the cartridge that comes with the machine and install it
