Question on hp laserjet mfp127fw

We brought a HP laserjet mfp127fw few months ago in Hong Kong retailer shop and we have found a problem on the machine. Sometimes, a print job (e.g. in total of 10 pages) after printing few pages (e.g. page No. 3), it will stunned and then it will reprint all the pages again (in total of 10 pages).

Are there any way to resume the print job from page No. 4 rather than from the beginning? Because we are printing some numbered document such as cheque. The number will be affected for such a case.

We have updated the printer to latest firmware provided in the HP Website.

Please provide any solution for the case. Thanks a lot!

Because the HP m127 series printer, after receiving the print task, the need for direct processing of the computer, rather than on the printer to do the processing, so the task should not be printed on the computer side.
Suggest that you download the HP p1108 driver, manually add a little, port unchanged.
Of course, if there is still a problem, consider replacing the computer test, thank you.

你好，如果想繼續列印第四頁，可以在列印時選擇4-10頁，然後繼續列印.

同時想了解翻，如果出現列印中斷情況，有可能會和打印機或者通訊有關

1.建議可以嘗試使用十張白紙，放入自動送紙器影印，如果影印都中斷不排除機件問題，建議聯絡當地維修中心。如果影印正常機件沒有問題，不排除連線問題

2.想了解使用USB連接還是網線連接？

3.USB連接，請確認沒有延長或者分叉，網絡連接，請確保網絡環境穩定。

4.如果連線沒有問題，亦都不排除driver問題影響，建議可以嘗試重新安裝一下driver。
