@y2kim  已写: @zimaaa  已写: @y2kim  已写: @netbird  已写: 我的也没有解决这个问题，我现在是被迫用着新版1.0.3的BIOS,估计I7的机器BIOS是刷不回旧的了，人家I5的可以刷回去，看来惠普没对I7的机子做测试呀！ 不存在差别。   01.02.00 BIOS下载 http://h30318.www3.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp94501-95000/sp94971.exe   别人都能降BIOS，不能降，早就热线电话打爆了，然后并没有。 降级是可以降级，只不过是降级后系统没法启动，也进不去修复界面，只会卡在zhan的界面，然后过一会儿风扇就越来越像，电脑越来越烫。                    不过还好能进bios，bios设置里面显示的版本是01.02。 目前只能在bios进行升级到01.03进入系统，  今早我有降级了一次，还是和昨天一样，降级后重启就卡死在zhan界面上。 我的也是i7版本的，请你们用一样的配置环境进行测试。 试了   没有问题   没有问题   没有问题   降BIOS之后，F10进一次BIOS，做回复出厂默认设置的动作，保存退出。   还是不能进，将BIOS设置保存成文件贴出来   准备一个Ｕ盘，不需要格式化，但格式要求是FAT32 机器关机情况下，接U盘 开机按F10进入BIOS BIOS菜单选择Main下面的Replicated setup 选择Backup current settings to USB device 成功的话会显示Successful信息表示成功，否则是其他提示 按电源按钮关机 拔U盘   将U盘内的hpsetup.txt打开，复制粘贴内容 请告知一下你测试机的具体配置信息（WINDOWS的系统信息抓图），WINDOWS 是否有安装过什么应用软件或者有过自动更新？或者是新机刚开机就做的BIOS升级和回退？回退旧版BIOS是如何操作的？有什么要注意的？
