1) I tried to install "HP Support Assistant 应用程序"

It showed I missed "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)"

2) I downloaded "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)" tried to install.

I showed "Microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)" not support on my Windows 7 (32 - bit)

How can I solve this?

Please install Microsoft frame 4.6.2 again.

Or replace other versions of hp support assistant.
