F.15BIos 双烤锁40w+175w,求助

一直都不敢更bios,现在用的是f.15版本的bios,之前的一台i7-12800hx就是更新了系统及一系列东西后热休眠，官网里显示最新的BIOS版本是F.18，连个更新日志都没有，想更又不敢，买个游戏本受这个瘪气，现在发现游戏有的时候主频低卡的慌，双烤锁40，气死我了都要，f.18版本的有没有解决这个问题？

我昨天试过了，f.18版本的BIOS不让装，官网驱动最新的仅支持f.16，怕黑屏不敢更，难道说更了SDK包和最新bios以后，游戏时就不会突然降频锁cpu到40w了吗

其他我没细看，只看到明显SDK版本低

您给个这台机器老版本BIOS的下载链接吧f.08,f.05 都行，我看看能不能直接装然后回退

我试了您给我的最新的SDK工具包，且OGH也是最新版，目前问题仍然没有得到任何解决的迹象，如果您有2301的OGH或者更早的版本,请把链接发我，如22XX，不胜感谢，如果不是硬件层面电脑本身的传感器问题的话，主频降低对于我的游戏影响太大了
