还是不行啊，似乎硬件上问题
只是游戏闪退不像硬件，硬件一般是死机，鼠标键盘都不能动那种
发热失控的话，会自动休眠
其他硬件故障，会触发花屏，机器直接自动重启，蓝屏
建议找微信服务人工客服，看有没有同款机器对比一下你玩的那些游戏，包括系统版本等其他的使用环境情况。
或者有条件，换个固态，做个原厂的系统进去，原厂系统什么都不装，只安装几个出问题的游戏测试。
