1.bios更新至最新，OGH卸载重装

2.N卡驱动清洁安装至公版最新，可选不装nvidia app（信息浮窗功能影响游戏帧数..）

3.烤机状态下先尝试单烤CPU功耗，再双烤测试看下数据，同时观察下核心是否有过热情况

4.恢复预装版本镜像系统。
