很久之前就是不能用了，之前是少了一个优化项目，现在是游戏增强直接不能用了，还有就是我的暗影精灵8pro 为什么没有降电压的选项。

• 系统桌面按Win+R打开运行，输入

• 按住键盘ctrl+shift，鼠标点确定

命令行打开显示PS C:\Windows\system32>则是成功以管理员运行打开了powershell，否则以上重试

我看你装了很多软件，先试覆盖安装吧

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

下载Windows 11的ISO系统镜像文件，用来做覆盖安装。覆盖安装不是系统重装。覆盖安装是一种高效易用的系统修复，会保留系统安装的软件和设置。

下载完ISO，双击ISO文件，打开此电脑会多出来一个光驱盘符，进入盘符双击运行setup.exe

选择“升级这台电脑”

按照画面提示完成整个过程
