为什么我的暗影精灵8 cpu温度也不高 60度 70度 在插电源，并且还开狂暴的情况下 omen game hub 电池模式给我降频呢？

如图所示，在cpu gpu之后60多度的情况下，黄色感叹号就跳出来了，我怀疑是系统设置的问题，明明配置ok，结果系统设置导致性能发挥不出来

在测试里，充电狂暴模式最大风扇情况下， stress cpu， 使用率和温度都拉满，但是频率只能跑到3000多HZ， 根本跑不到12th i9的5.2Ghz，我怀疑是不是bios系统卡了设置的bug，触发了电源接管控制，导致cpu触发不了睿频？ 因为我之前用USB-A口去连接联想thunder bolt Dock, 当时在连接阶段如果电脑关机还连接的话，当电脑开机时，bios接管引导windows时会疯狂的开机亮屏，然后关机再亮屏，疯狂的死循环，始终无法进入到windows的界面
