I used Legacy Version to reinstall the HP Support Assistant, it can successfully install but only version 8. I can sign in my account and see my hp devices. However, it prompts me to update as there is a new version 9. I follow the instruction to update but not succeed. The problem is when I close the window of unsuccessful version upgrade, the icon of HP Support Assistant in Taskbar disappears immediately. When I reinstall HP Support Assistant, the error of -2 reappear.

Since it is too big and hard to carry, I just wonder whether there is any alternatives to solve my printer problem with "Failure in Printer Alignment"?

HI, The printer seems normal in all sense as usual but it cannot clear the printhead (wait for very very long time even 1 day long). When I try to adjust the printer function, it shows "Fail" after finishing 7 minutes test printing. I cannot see the ink on the printout even it works as normal printing procedures. Internet service is fast.
