I used Legacy Version to reinstall the HP Support Assistant, it can successfully install but only version 8. I can sign in my account and see my hp devices. However, it prompts me to update as there is a new version 9. I follow the instruction to update but not succeed. The problem is when I close the window of unsuccessful version upgrade, the icon of HP Support Assistant in Taskbar disappears immediately.
When I reinstall HP Support Assistant, the error of -2 reappear.
