用HP PC Hardware Diagnostics 未检测出硬件问题，麻烦看看到底是什么问题？

两次dump文件的结果不太一样，第一个结果大概率是内存或者内存插槽出问题了，楼主检测内存的话请使用完整测试，不要用快速测试。第二个结果显示和驱动程序有关。

进行了内存完整测试，结果如下，看上去是内存的问题。是要更换内存吗？换什么型号的内存。之前是2根8G的，是2根都换了，还是换1根？换哪根？如果想换更大容量的，可以8+16G吗？

如果更换，换 DDR4-3200规格的笔记本内存即可。
