如何使用 HP Print and Scan Doctor 自动解决打印和扫描问题

we have a user pc with windows 7 x64 installed that has usb connected to HP 1132MFP as well as Laserjet M1536dnf MFP connected via network. We can print to both printers and can scan from the 1132 model. But for the 1536 we could not scan. We tried deleted temp files and installing latest adobe flash, and disabling virus scan or firewall. Other users connected to the M1536 via network can both scan and print except this one user. We tried running the doctor application, and upon checking the scan feature, it kept saying WIA needs to be reinstalled. We tried and using the latest download of full feature software from your website, still doesn't work. Windows firewall for the domain has been turned off. Only private part is still on due to group policy. We tried to turn it off via your troubleshooting application but still no success. we tried to check the router config and have configured dhcp to be outside of the range used by the printer. Do you think software from both 1122 and 1536 conflict with each other? Or is the driver/software in conflict with certain windows updates?
