送紙器無法進行雙面影印

我使用玻璃雙面影印沒有問題，但送紙器卻無法雙面影印。請問如何解決

• 當你無法使用ADF（自動上紙器）Copy時，是否有錯誤提示在Printer上出現
  • 據我所了解，當有紙張放置在ADF上時，應該會有“叮”一聲的提示，另外Pritner亦會顯示“已放入原稿”。

• 同時，ADF是否可以Scan檔案？

ADF可以影印單面，但不能影印雙面。

具體情況：

我使用scan模式設定了雙面影印，當一面影印結束會提示我放入第二頁，按確定就會在同一頁紙的第二面上影印。

但在ADF模式中就算設定了雙面影印當一面影印完畢也不會提示我放入第二面。僅僅只在一面影印完畢之後，銀幕出現等待墨汁乾固字眼，之後紙張（非原件）會被Printer扯回去一次，但再次出現的時候第二面也沒有被影印。

升級步驟如下：

Before starting the upgrade: • The HP OfficeJet 4650 series Firmware flashing (upgrade) requires a USB connection.
• DO NOT upgrade the printer firmware in a wirelessly connected printer.
• If the computer has a firewall installed or enabled, it may block the Firmware Download Utility from accessing the printer. Therefore, please remember to temporarily disable any firewall that may be on the computer, including firewalls such as Microsoft Windows XP Firewall, Sygate, Zone Alarm or BlackICE
Install instructions:
1. Switch on the HP OfficeJet 4650 series printer and wait until the printer is READY. [The Power light should be on]
2. Double click OJ4650_R1617A.exe to launch the HP Printer Update utility. A list of HP OfficeJet 4650 series detected will be displayed on the screen.
Note: If the Wired network printer you wish to upgrade is not displayed in the detected printer list, click on the Refresh button to scan for printers connected via the wired network.
3. Click on the checkboxes on the left to select single or multiple HP OfficeJet 4650 series you wish to upgrade.
4. Click on the Update button to start the firmware flashing process.
5. Message showing "The selected printer has been updated successfully" will be shown. Firmware flashing will begin.
CAUTION! Do not interrupt the printer during the upgrade process. Printer maybe damaged if power is interrupted during the firmware upgrade process.
6. When the printer has successfully completed the flashing process, it will automatically print out a Self Test Diagnostic Page, that will show the new firmware version.
7. Click on the Done button to close the HP Printer Update utility.

全部試過都唔得，恢復原廠，升級最新，用過你們的HP Print and Scan Doctor檢測都係咁。算了，用玻璃影印雙面。對你們的產品失去了信心。

是不是ADF模式就不支持雙面影印？

抱歉影響您了，我啱啱穩左D資料確認左，ADF其實無法做到雙面影印，如果要試驗雙面影印要通過玻璃板先可以。:smileyembarrassed:
