光影精灵9 16.1寸版本，开机风扇自动锁最高转速

如题，自1月初起，风扇锁开机等几秒就锁最高转速，ogh只能手动拉低到2200，动态风扇曲线和自动功能失效，卸载ogh之后等待半分钟会恢复正常，但性能释放受影响负载再高也跑不到最高转速，尝试过更新windows可选更新或者卸载近期已安装，没用

锁转速后重启进入bios禁用风扇持续开启设置后再开可以维持一次正常转速，尽管会掉到0，但风扇转速可以跟温度相关了，然而重启之后就会失效。

怀疑是bios或者ogh更新导致的

我使用win10是因为上一台暗影精灵6pluscpu核心损坏购置新机之后不想重新装系统丢失已有数据，同时新机硬盘比旧机小一半，也不想丢失存储容量，就使用旧机硬盘直接换的系统。

win10联网会自动下载可用的驱动，我已正常使用该机半年，此间没有任何问题，官网的win11驱动也可以正常下载安装，包括bios的升级，只是由于win10恢复分区只有100m，而win11加到300m导致不插名称为hp_tools的u盘没法直接升级，但这些问题都跟这个风扇没有直接关系

此次风扇问题很明显并不是由于使用win10而非win11造成的，论坛里其他同样问题的用户用的都是win11，机型也从暗影9到光影9都有，光影9更多，而且都集中在1月初至今的时间段内，包括光影精灵贴吧里面也有人有一样的问题

而同样问题中提供的关于windows两项可选更新的解答有的人有效，有的人也没有效果

如果不是win的更新造成的，就是ogh或者bios的问题，手动强制控制转速可以生效，但自动和动态风扇曲线都不行，温度检测却是正常的

进BIOS按F9就是

恢复BIOS 默认值后，找个测试的固态，大小无所谓，不是坏的就行，128GB就够

做云恢复恢复一个原厂Windows 11，什么都不装，直接试
